We’re making it easy for you to join us in reducing plastic usage. If you have £10 or more in cash value on your old KNEAD Love card, you can transfer the points to the App by emailing your name, mobile number and loyalty card number.

Transfer Card Points

If you have £10 or more in cash value on your old KNEAD Love card, you can transfer the points from your Love KNEAD card to the New KNEAD Loyalty App.

Email reservations@thecrownhotelstamford.co.uk with the following information:

  1. Full name
  2. Mobile number associated with your newly set up App account (you must set this up before trying to transfer your points)
  3. Your loyalty card number (if known).
  4. Alternatively, you can visit The Crown Hotel reception and provide this information face-to-face.

As an added incentive to sign up to our new Loyalty App, we are giving everyone who signs up before the end of November 2023, 100 points for FREE!
