Our very own KNEAD Pubs farm in Tallington, Lincolnshire

Located five and a half miles away from The Tobie Norris and The Crown Hotel in Stamford, our Tallington farm is home to a lot of the locally sourced produce you'll see on our menus.

Michael’s background is in farming and that’s where his passion for wholesome, delicious and local ingredients comes from – and you can see that passion in all of our pubs’ menus.

What Tallington produce will you see on our menus?

Michael and his team rear the Tallington lamb that you’ll see on our menus, particularly come springtime. The Lincoln Red beef that is a highlight at all of our pubs is also from the KNEAD farm – the cattle really are incredible!

Fruit from the Tallington orchard are a scrumptious edition in September when our fruit harvest takes place and Tallington asparagus, from Michael’s brother’s farm, forms a feature on our menus in March.

There’s always something coming from our very own KNEAD farm, and it’s a fantastic part of the KNEAD Pubs story. Beyond the ingredients that come from Tallington, wherever it is possible we source the rest of our produce locally.

You really can feel reassured that the food we serve at our pubs is top quality and it won’t have come far.
